Freesy

Terms of Use

Effective October 13, 2026

Agreement

Freesy is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Not medical advice

Freesy and Jemi support you in changing a habit; they are not a doctor and do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Health figures are general estimates. Talk to a doctor before stopping alcohol or other substances you depend on, since withdrawal can be dangerous. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Jemi can be wrong

Jemi is an AI and can make mistakes. Don't rely on it for decisions about your health, money or safety.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is offered as a yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Crystals and rewards

Crystals and the items you get with them have no money value, can't be exchanged for money and are not refundable.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app, try to break it, or use Jemi to create harmful content.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be in the app with a new date. Questions? write to freesy.support@icloud.com.
